Microprocessorized Instrument MP-100 is designed to dtermination of the Relative Magnetic Permeability of Non-magnetic Materials by Non-destructive Method.

The MP-100 device is designed to measure the relative magnetic permeability in the range of : 1,0...3,0. for materials, details as well as finished products which are made of quasi non-magnetic materials. It is especially usefull in places where the power supply is inaccessible. Small size of detector allows to control the elements with small overall dimensions and the elements with complex shapes as well as it allows the evaluations of heterogeneity of the elements with big overall dimensions. Measurements are made by non-destructive method.

The device is fully automated and it does not require any regulations, including charging a battery.

The MPD-100 device, which is designed to measure ferrite contents of materials (for example Duplex) by means of non-destructive method is characterized also by similar features. The instrument is able to easily and quickly evaluate the quality of the material. Small size of detector allows controlling the elements with small overall dimensions and the elements with complex shapes as well as it allows evaluating of heterogeneity of the elements or finished products, which are made of tested materials. Properly shaped detector allows evaluating the quality of welds. The instrument is supplied by its own source (accumulator) and it can work over twelve hours continuously. The measurement and calibration procedure are fully automated.
